Soak the dried silver ear fungus in warm water for 1 hour in advance. After the silver ear fungus is soaked, blanch it in boiling water and drain the water (the time should not be too long, otherwise it will become soft and rotten, and the taste will not be good). Clean and tear it into small pieces, and put it on a plate for later use.
