Soak the wood ears in advance, wash and tear them into pieces after soaking, and prepare other ingredients.

Cut the red bell peppers into diamond-shaped pieces and chop the scallions, ginger, and garlic.

Heat the wok, add oil, and stir-fry the aromatics. Since my family members cannot eat spicy food, I did not add Sichuan peppercorns or chili peppers, and instead used scallions, ginger, and garlic to stir-fry the wok.

Then add the red bell pepper pieces and stir-fry for a while. This type of red bell pepper is not spicy and is used to add color to the dish.
