Instructions

1. Step 1

Soak the dried black fungus in water in advance, wash and clean it, wash the dried lycium barbarum, peel and slice the Chinese yam.

2. Step 2

Heat oil in a pot, add scallion and stir-fry until fragrant, add black fungus and yam slices and stir-fry briefly, add salt and water, stew for a while, then add lycium barbarum and stir-fry evenly.
