Instructions

1. Step 1

Slice the ham into shreds, cut the red bell pepper into circles. Heat oil in a wok, stir-fry the ham shreds until slightly colored, then add the red bell pepper circles and stir-fry until fragrant. Set aside. Cut the celery into coarse shreds, blanch the celery shreds and bean sprouts in boiling water until cooked, then set aside. Cook the noodles in boiling water.

2. Step 2

Mince the garlic, prepare a small bowl, add garlic, salt, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, sugar, and oyster sauce. Mix all the seasonings in the bowl. Heat oil in another wok, pour the mixed seasonings into the wok.

3. Step 3

Remove the noodles from the water, mix with the ingredients from steps 1 and 2, then drizzle with sesame oil and sprinkle with black pepper powder.
