Sweet and Sour Pork

Sweet and Sour Pork

Crispy, tangy, and irresistibly delicious, this Sweet and Sour Pork Tenderloin is a crowd-pleasing dish that balances tender meat with a vibrant sauce. Succulent pork strips are marinated in salt and cooking wine for depth of flavor, then coated in a sticky starch and egg mixture for the perfect crunch. Double-fried to golden perfection—first for tenderness, then for crispiness—the pork gets its signature texture. The sweet and sour sauce, made with tomato sauce, sugar, and white vinegar, is glossy and rich, enhanced with a splash of hot oil for a beautiful sheen. Served over fresh broccoli for a pop of color and crunch, this dish is as visually appealing as it is tasty. Whether you toss the pork in the sauce or drizzle it on top, every bite delivers a mouthwatering combination of crispy pork and tangy-sweet goodness. Perfect for weeknight dinners or special occasions!
