- Pork ribs 500g

- Water 500ml (2 cups)
- Sesame seeds 1 tbsp
The sauce & seasonings
- Rock sugar 30g (about 8 pieces)
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Vinegar 1 tbsp
- Soy sauce 2 tbsp
- Salt 5g (1 seasoning spoon)

Step 1
Rinse the pork ribs and place them in a pot with an appropriate amount of water, then blanch the ribs.

Remove the blanched pork ribs, and prepare all the ingredients.

Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pot, and when the oil is hot, add 8 rock sugars (Note: 10 rock sugars may be too sweet).

The rock sugar does not need to be completely melted before adding the pork ribs and stir-frying.

Add water to cover the pork ribs (2 bowls of water were added), then add 1 tablespoon of vinegar, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, and 1 seasoning spoon of salt, and start simmering over low heat for 30 minutes.
