Instructions

Chop the onions, slice the mushrooms, and dice the tomatoes after peeling.

Cut the lettuce in half.

Separate the egg yolks and whites, and mix the yolks into the rice thoroughly.

Stir-fry the egg whites in a pan and set aside.

Heat oil in a pan, add the ingredients from step 1, and stir-fry with a pinch of salt until the tomatoes are fully cooked. Add a spoonful of tomato sauce and continue stir-frying for a while, then transfer to a bowl and set aside.

Heat oil in another pan, add the rice mixed with egg yolks, and stir-fry until the rice grains are separate. Add the previously stir-fried tomato sauce and stir-fry for a while, then add the lettuce and egg whites, and stir-fry. Before serving, drizzle with a little sesame oil and transfer to a plate.
