Instructions

1. Step 1

Wash the pork ribs and cut them into small pieces.

2. Step 2

Add water to the pot, put in the pork ribs, scallions, ginger, and cooking wine, bring to a boil, skim off the foam, then add water again and transfer to a stew pot.

Peel and wash the taro, cut it into small pieces.

4. Step 4

Stew the pork ribs for about 40 minutes, then add the taro pieces and continue to stew for another 30 minutes, season with salt before serving.
