Remove the shrimp’s guns and whiskers, and then remove the shrimp’s intestines from the second segment of the back.

Drain the water and add starch to mix well and set aside.

Peel and dice the pineapple, and soak it in salt water for a while; cut the green and red peppers into small pieces.
