Rinse the shrimp and remove the veins, then add cooking wine, Sichuan pepper powder, and starch, mix well, and marinate for 15 minutes.

Cut the ingredients into dices (the size depends on personal preference), and mince the garlic.

Stir-fry the shrimp in a pan with oil until 70% cooked, then set aside. Heat another pan with oil, add carrots and stir-fry, then add red peppers and stir-fry until well combined. Add oyster sauce and stir-fry evenly, then add the stir-fried shrimp. After 1 minute, add cucumbers and stir-fry. Stir-fry all the ingredients together for half a minute, then serve.
