Cut the red radish, cucumber, and roasted sausage into strips. Beat the eggs, I used two eggs, if you want to eat tender eggs, you can add a little water.

Heat the pan with oil, pour in the eggs, do not stir-fry, after the eggs are set, I sprinkled some black sesame seeds on top, if you don’t have it, you can ignore it. Try to use a flat pan!
