Cut the tofu into small cubes and cook in boiling water with salt for 2 minutes to remove the beany flavor, making the cooked tofu taste better. After cooking, soak the tofu in cold water to prevent it from sticking together.

Heat a wok with cold oil over low heat and stir-fry the ground beef until it changes color, then add minced ginger.
