Instructions

1. Step 1

Heat a small amount of oil in a pan and fry the tofu without using a spatula. Flip the pan to cook the tofu until it turns golden brown. Remove from heat.

Heat a pan, add garlic, and then add the minced meat that has been marinated in soy sauce for 5 minutes. Stir-fry the mixture.

When the meat is 70% cooked, add tomatoes and stir-fry over medium heat. Add sugar and salt, and continue to stir-fry for a while.

Add the fried tofu and scallions to the pan. Stir-fry, add a small amount of water, and wait for the sauce to thicken before removing from heat.
