Beat the eggs well and put them in a bowl, then add some flour and mix evenly. Heat oil in a pan, pour in the egg mixture and stir-fry until cooked, then take it out and set aside.

Wash the tomatoes and zucchini, slice the zucchini and cut the tomatoes into wedges, and set aside.

Heat oil in a pan, then add the tomatoes and stir-fry, followed by the zucchini. Add salt, thirteen spices, and ginger powder. When it’s almost cooked, add the stir-fried eggs and stir-fry a few times until done. Sprinkle a small amount of chicken essence before serving.
