Instructions

1. Step 1

Step 1
Prepare cucumber and cut it into shreds, cut beef jerky, tomato (diced), and pickled mustard greens into small dices (you can use store-bought beef jerky or fresh beef).

2. Step 2

Heat a pan with a small amount of oil, add a spoonful of green pepper and minced garlic, and stir-fry until fragrant.

3. Step 3

Add diced tomatoes and stir-fry until they release their fragrance, then add beef dices and stir-fry. Add a spoonful of vinegar, then add two bowls of water and bring to a boil over high heat. Finally, add pickled mustard greens and cook over medium-low heat for 3-5 minutes, season with salt and chicken essence, and taste the broth.

4. Step 4

Boil another pot of water, add an appropriate amount of noodles, and cook until they are 80-90% done. Place chopped scallions and sesame seeds on top of the cooked noodles.

5. Step 5

Pour the cooked broth over the noodles and serve.
