Tomato Beef Tofu Hot Pot

Tomato Beef Tofu Hot Pot

This hearty and warming beef stew with tomatoes and tofu is a comforting dish perfect for chilly days. Tender beef is first simmered with ginger, cooking wine, and pepper for rich flavor, then combined with juicy tomatoes, soft tofu, and a hint of spice from pointed peppers and garlic. The tomatoes are stir-fried to release their natural sweetness, creating a savory broth that melds beautifully with the beef and silky tofu. A final sprinkle of fresh scallions adds a bright finish. Spicy yet balanced, this dish can easily be adjusted for milder tastes by omitting the peppers—either way, it’s a delicious, soul-warming meal. Ideal served hot, this stew brings together bold flavors and satisfying textures in every bite.
