Instructions

Peel and wash the potatoes, then cut them into small dices.

Wash and slice the cabbage, wash the tomatoes and blanch them in boiling water, peel off the skin, and cut into small pieces.

Place the pot on the stove, pour in the beef broth, add the minced scallion and ginger, then add the potatoes and cabbage. After boiling, remove the foam, add the tomato pieces, and cook for about 8 minutes. Season with salt, stew until the potatoes are tender, and drizzle with sesame oil to finish.
