Instructions

1. Step 1

Cut the tomatoes into dices and set aside, cut the ginger slices into shreds.

Take a small bowl, put the prepared meat strips in, add starch, light soy sauce, ginger shreds, and mix well.

Pour oil into the wok, wait until the oil is 70% hot, add the mixed meat strips, stir-fry until fragrant, and the meat changes color.

Add the tomatoes, stir-fry for about 3 minutes, add salt. Wait until the tomatoes release their juice and become soft, then remove from the wok (you can also add a little chicken essence).
