Prepare the main ingredients: pork belly and green and red bell peppers.

Wash the pork belly clean, put it in a pot with cold water, add a few slices of ginger, and pour in 1 tablespoon of white wine or cooking wine. Cook until it is 80% done, then remove it and let it cool.

While cooking the pork, cut the green and red bell peppers into small pieces for later use.

Cut the pork into slices (note: if the pork is lean, you can cut it into thinner slices).
