Prepare all the main ingredients.

Trim and clean the enoki mushrooms, shimeji mushrooms, and tear the flat mushrooms into strips; slice the abalone mushrooms, remove the stems and carve patterns on the shiitake mushrooms; blanch and peel the tomatoes, then slice them; cut the tofu into small pieces; soak and soften the cellophane noodles, remove the seeds and cut the red and yellow bell peppers into strips for later use.

Make the cabbage rolls by blanching the napa cabbage in boiling water until it becomes soft.

After blanching, immediately submerge the cabbage in an ice bath, then drain and remove it.
