Wash the Chinese water chestnuts clean, peel them with a knife, cut the large ones in half and leave the small ones whole, remove the core of the sweet pear and cut it into pieces, and soak the wolfberries in cold water.

Put water in the pot, then add the Chinese water chestnuts and sweet pear, after the water boils, add the wolfberries, and finally add rock sugar.
