Wash all the ingredients clean, and cut the cucumber, carrot, and ham into dices. Except for purple cabbage, sausage, and cucumber, cook the other ingredients in water until they are done.

Wash the shrimp clean, remove the shrimp head and shrimp line. Place them on a plate and steam them until they are cooked through. It takes about 5-8 minutes after the water boils, just observe the color change.
