Wash and cut the winter melon into pieces, and cut the corn into blocks.

First, boil a pot of bone broth: boil the bones in cold water to remove the blood, then discard the water and wash the bones. Next, put the bones, a slice of ginger, and a spoonful of cooking wine into the pot. Add a few drops of vinegar to the water to help release the calcium. Boil for about 1.5 hours.
