Instructions

Peel the yam and cut it into small chunks, wash the black fish and drain the water; prepare other ingredients;

Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pot and add a spoonful of lard;

Add ginger slices, scallion segments, and Sichuan peppercorns to fragrance;

Remove all the fragrant spices;

Place the black fish slices and pan-fry them;
