Recently made various zongzi, including eight-treasure zongzi, bean paste zongzi, red sugar sesame paste white rice zongzi, fresh meat zongzi, pickled vegetable meat zongzi, and mushroom meat zongzi. The shapes are the common ones: dragon boat shape, triangular shape, slender cone shape, and quadrangular shape.

Clean the chicken wings, remove the feathers on the surface, and cut two knives on both sides to facilitate flavor absorption.

Blanch the chicken wings, add 3 slices of ginger, 2 star anise, 4-5 peppercorns, 1 piece of cinnamon, soy sauce, cooking wine, and white sugar, and add water until the wings are almost covered. Use an electric pressure cooker to steam for 10-15 minutes.
