Slice the zucchini into pieces.

Soak and wash the dried shrimp skin in water.

Heat oil until it is 70% hot.

Add chopped scallions, garlic, and a small amount of Sichuan pepper to stir-fry until fragrant.

Add the dried shrimp skin and stir-fry for 10 seconds.

Add the zucchini and stir-fry with the dried shrimp skin until they are well combined.
